If you are seeing a 505 or 508 payment error, this will be due to the information you have entered into the billing details tab.
You must enter your mobile number and address in the billing details tab before proceeding to enter your card information. These must be entered correctly, as our payment provider is very strict on this.
Please check that the phone number is being entered correctly. The country code must be entered into the first box, and then the full number in the second box. Please do not leave any spaces.
Using autofill can cause the phone number to be entered incorrectly, therefore producing the 505 error message.
This is a security feature which has been implemented by our payment provider, therefore, we have produced this guide to best assist you with the process.
